Dead or Alive 6 continues the fighting series, following Kasumi, who lives in hiding as a "runaway ninja" after previous events. The plot focuses on the reformed DOATEC, led by Helena Douglas, investigating M.I.S.T., a sinister organization run by Victor Donovan that is pursuing a new, powerful participant named Honoka.
